At Citrine + Sage, each crystal and handcrafted cement piece is carefully selected or made by hand. Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to read product descriptions and view all photos before placing your order.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

• Include all original accessories or components.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Items marked as Final Sale

• Gift cards

damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We'll work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

To request a return, email us at citrinesage.crystals@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you'd like to return

• The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of its approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

exchanges

Because many of our products are one-of-a-kind, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the eligible item (if applicable) and placing a new order.
